Terms of Use
Important: These Terms are a commercial template for launch preparation and should be reviewed before public use.
Service
The service converts PDFs into editable Word, editable Excel and clean Excel outputs. Clean Excel is a best-effort automated extraction and must be reviewed by the user before accounting, tax, legal, audit or business use.
Plans and usage limits
- Free test: one test only, one PDF only, maximum one page.
- Monthly subscription: €9.99 per month, maximum 50 files and 100 total pages per calendar month.
- Pay As You Go: €2.00 per upload credit, one PDF upload, maximum 5 pages per upload.
Limits are enforced automatically by file count and PDF page count. We may refuse, stop or reverse access if we detect misuse, automated abuse, attempts to bypass limits or unlawful content.
User responsibility
You are responsible for ensuring that you have the right to upload each PDF and for checking all outputs. The service does not provide legal, tax, audit or accounting advice.
Accuracy
PDF conversion and OCR are not guaranteed to be 100% accurate. Scanned PDFs, poor image quality, unusual layouts, handwriting, damaged files or password-protected files may produce incomplete or inaccurate results.
Uploaded data
The service is designed to process files temporarily and delete them after conversion. You must not upload files containing information you are not authorised to process.
Payments
Payments are processed through Stripe. Subscription cancellation, failed payment handling and invoices are managed through Stripe where enabled. Statutory consumer rights are not affected.
Availability
We aim to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may pause the service for security, maintenance, upgrades or abuse prevention.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Irish law, we are not liable for indirect loss, lost profits, loss of data, business interruption or decisions made based on unreviewed conversion outputs.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ireland, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply.
